&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;New page&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div&gt;Can BOINC get a sustained CPU load when throttling, so BOINC doesn't do on-off when CPU-time is limited &amp;amp;lt;100%? Instead it should keep a constant load on CPU on that target percentage.&lt;br /&gt;

David: The decision is made every 10 sec. I don't see the problem with on/off every 10 sec.&lt;br /&gt;
