Fix GPU detection on Windows Vista/7 when BOINC installed as service?

Why don't you fix it so BOINC can run as a service and detect the GPUs on Windows Vista/7/Server X versions? David: Not possible (right, Rom?)

Rom: Microsoft/Nvidia/ATI would have to make some serious changes to Windows to make it happen.
