Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove software -> Set program access and defaults
Windows XP
Start -> Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs -> Set Program Access and Defaults -> Custom
Windows Vista and Windows 7
Start -> Control Panel -> Programs -> Default Programs (-> Set Program Access and Computer Defaults -> Custom)
Make sure you set the radio button on the correct browser. Do not let it stay at the "current program" option.
Press OK to save your changes.
