When you add a GPU, you need some requirements for a BOINC project to use it:

  • Drivers from the GPU manufacturer.
  • A BOINC project capable of using this GPU.
  • Telling the project that it's all right to use the GPU.
  • Telling BOINC it's all right to use the GPU.
  • Not install BOINC as a service, as this disables the GPU.
