Best course of action is to start asking at the Help Desk forums of the project you run.

If they can't help you, you can there are other ways of getting help, such as:

1. The Skype Online Help Desk
2. The BOINC forums

3. Google search
4. Crunching Wiki (German/Deutsch).
5. BOINC Trac, needs registration. Trac is only for reporting bugs in the client-, forum- and server software, not for requesting help on project based errors. Use the forums for things like that.
