Edit them.

* Change '''Graphics preferences''' to Custom.

Save changes to the web site with the '''Update preferences''' button at the bottom of the page.


Next edit the same preferences. 

* Now change everything with '''oscillation''' in the description to zero.
* Either change '''Number of stars''' to zero, or change '''Speed of stars''' to zero. 
* Save changes to the web site with the Update preferences button at the bottom of the page.


Next 

For BOINC versions up to BOINC 6.12, open BOINC Manager-&gt;Advanced view-&gt;Projects tab-&gt;Select Seti-&gt;Click Update. 

For BOINC versions from BOINC 7.0 and onwards, open BOINC Manager-&gt;View-&gt;Advanced view-&gt;Projects tab-&gt;Select Seti-&gt;Click Update. 

This will make sure BOINC knows about it.
