- MGR: Bug Fix for suspend/resume operations not updating in the UI after the user selected operation.

- Mac: The only differences from the previous release of 5.10.2 is the addition of a separate "Uninstall BOINC" application which is now included in the distribution with the Macintosh BOINC Manager. Also, the Macintosh BOINC Installer now has an application icon.
