I'm Ed Moran, 59, retired in Bellingham, WA after 35 years in San Jose. I'm putting together a beginner's portal/directory site, boinc.info, the project list is live if you'd like to take a peek.
I am new to mediawiki, so please bear with me as learn the ropes.. I'm doing my driver training in the misc section.
What I'm doing:
- copy hyperlinks - Open the orig boinc and compare the two entries, copy over links
- test them - 404s here and there, mostly old info, making a list.
- basic formatting - Pages good enough to go live, rebuilding lists, cleanup breaks, etc.
- tables - A few pages will need revisiting, larger formatting jobs, etc.
Progress:

- General: Done
- How-to: Underway, working on 1st ~20
