BOINC is unable to set up a sandbox required to do secure (service installation) calculations in.
Do you have permission to run BOINC? Is there enough disk space free to make the sandboxed directory and contents?
Report this problem on the BOINC forums and see if someone can help you figure out why BOINC isn't capable of making the sandbox.
