- client: don't print "finish file not found" message when app quits because of preemption
- Mac: Eliminate use of AppStats helper application, which needed to be run setuid root. We weren't using the extra items it returns, so revert to older method of using popen(ps ...).
- Mac Installer: Add debugging statements to postinstall, postupgrade scripts
