-I've started with the misc faqs, and after doing a few, here's what's I'm doing:
-* copy over links, note the 404s
-* add breaks and strongs for readability
-* create ul's out of various lists of step, they need repair.
-* make note of the high-labor pages for later
-Adding headers is a data architecture step so I'm leaving it behind to be done separately.
-The goal is to make a passable go-live version, not exactly perfect but not too bad. I've finished the misc-general section if you'd like to take a look.  I'll be tracking progress on my profile page as I go along.
