We could add a place holder for each project.  If the Project admins and owners have their own place, then the only question is "Where is the Project's FAQ?".  They might have good reason for not wanting to publish here, duplicating work etc, but i could see some small projects finding somewhere easy to publish. I'm following behind doing links, and I notice that there's a 10-line block at the end of each entry. I can remove them while I go thru if you like.. what are they?  [[User:Bowtieguru|Bowtieguru]] ([[User talk:Bowtieguru|talk]]) 02:55, 22 May 2016 (UTC)

Discussion page now working fine. Agentb (talk) 00:02, 22 May 2016 (UTC)

{ escape

I ran into something similar with a leading asterisk in a line trying to start a list - prepending an & nbsp; escaped it out and the asterisk was rendered.. it would be worth a try

What is the oldest version we keep in the FAQs? BOINC 6, BOINC 7?

I looked over the top 2000 hosts at [email protected] and the number running BOINC6 was exactly 20 (1%), with over 50% running specifically 7.6.22.

Over time some FAQs will be obsolete (for many reasons), so perhaps there needs to be a place for FAQs to retire gracefully. Agentb (talk) 00:58, 22 May 2016 (UTC)
