BOINC tries to start an executable that isn't there. The client_state.xml file says that this was the file that was used before, but something happened on your system that made it go away. Perhaps you reset the project, but it's also possible that something deleted the executable (anti virus programs come to mind). Post a question for help on this on the forums of the project that gives the error.
